Our company has three goals: cost control, quality control, and managing construction to on-time completion.

 

 

PanCO achieves these goals by offering a menu of services that start at pre-construction and coordination with the design team through the entire construction process to contract close out, building commissioning and occupation. Along the way, our Project Managers and Engineers provide constant cost control, schedule monitoring and quality control oversight.
